At What if Paris, each art print is printed on demand, reflecting your unique choices and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a free replacement matching your original order or a refund to your payment method within 15 business days after confirming the issue.

It's essential for a smooth and efficient resolution that you reach out to us within a 14-day window from receipt of your order, providing clear photographic evidence of any damage or defect.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. You may request an order cancellation within an hour of purchase if your order has not yet been printed. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as your order may already be in production.
