Your order will be shipped once your payment has been confirmed. If you place your order before 1 pm from Monday to Friday, it will be processed on the same day.
Each item is carefully packaged in durable materials to ensure its safe and secure delivery. We take special care to use sturdy packaging for the safe arrival of your artwork.
For orders with multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages due to our collaboration with various local print partners. This approach helps us avoid delays and ensures efficient printing and delivery based on your location. If an order requires printing at different facilities, we'll split it into multiple shipments for the fastest possible delivery.
The standard delivery timeframe is typically between 4 to 8 business days. Please find below a detailed breakdown of shipping times specific to each country:
- Australia: 5 to 7 business days
- Canada: 3 to 6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 5 business days
- United States: 5 to 8 business days
- European Union: 4 to 5 business days

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders!
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, if your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, you have the option to cancel for a full refund.

Return & Refund
At What if Paris, each art print is printed on demand, reflecting your unique choices and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless they arrive damaged or defective. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer two options:
Replacement Process: If your art print arrives damaged or defective, you have the option to request a replacement. Please contact us at bonjour@whatifparis.com within 14 days of delivery, including photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will review your case and, if approved, initiate the process to create and send a replacement art print at no additional cost to you. The replacement will be produced according to your original specifications.
Refund Process: Alternatively, you may opt for a refund. In such cases, please reach out to us with photographic evidence of the issue, as detailed above. Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the evidence.
For both options, it is crucial that you contact us within the specified 14-day period and provide clear evidence of the issue to facilitate a smooth resolution process.
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. You may request an order cancellation within an hour of purchase if your order has not yet been printed. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations as your order may already be in production.
